Well, I didn't get home quite in time to post for Friday, but hey, it's fairly close. So today I give you not only the dangers of swallowing gasoline (not to mention the dangers of gasoline prices swallowing the contents of our wallets), but also the dangers of grammar. College Town
Well, I didn't get home quite in time to post for Friday, but hey, it's fairly close. Our gasoline was up to $3.49 a gallon for the same stuff they used to sell for 26 cents a gallon when I was still teaching and driving to and from school -- a distance of 70 miles a day. I have no idea what people might use to drive those distances these days but at $3.49 a gallon it must not be an automobile.
There has to be one showoff in every crowd. Except, accept, whats the difference, their just touchy. LOL.
HA! In highschool I had such a problem with spellings like affect/effect, principle/principal and yes, except/accept. :-)
I still have problems with spelling but I got those terms cleared up.
