Forks of the River
Just as the mountains define our horizon, the rivers of East Tennessee flow through our lives. The Holston is at the top of the photo, and the French Broad is in the foreground. They meet under that railroad bridge.

Love the sneaky peak through the undergrowth.
Well those rootin' tootin' good 'ole boys missed ma hide. The light on the water ins incredible a very subtle blue. My blog is a year old today. Already told V, but you too will be getting a shameless plug in the next week. For the record, your aim was to improve your photography and you have, but I could tell you had a good eye anyway. Now you excecute the image brilliantly.
This is so fascinating and beautiful to me. Manila has several big rivers and lots of small creeks, but everything is so covered with concrete that we hardly notice them.
