This park bench doesn't look very hospitable. Maybe it's new and the concrete footers are still curing. Or maybe it's a sign from the Universe that this is no time for sitting down.

Hope it's not broken already! There sure is a lot of caution tape.
I see that the plaque is dated September 2008. Perhaps the bench has just been set up though, but even so, the paint should have been dry! Definitely not too welcoming!
What the…? That is so strange! Will we have an answer to the mystery?
A nice No Loiterng sign would have done the trick I think.
