Theme Day: a Hat Trick of Passages

I see three kinds of passages here: the passage of water through copper pipes, a passage in Underground Knoxville, and the passage of time that buried these once-above ground sidewalks and storefronts.

I missed your post on underground Knoxville. How fascinating they look and how fortunate that you're able to explore them. Great choice. I hadn't even considered the passage of time...

Oh super. Imaginative use of the word passages and a super photo to represent it.

What a neat way to present the paths some things follow. Nice shot.

I missed the theme day somehow but I wrote in my Memories blog about the roads of my youth and how they were to travel in the winter time.

I remember these spooky posts. Not for the claustrophobic. Nie to revisit this fascinating underworld.

Original choice. I would be wanting to get out of there as quick as possible by any path available.
